Lesson Books
Each child will need a lesson book of at least seventy pages. A sketch book or three-ring binder filled with paper will work well.

The Tree of Jesse plans can also be used as a semester long study of the Old Testament. As a complement to a historical study of the ancient world, the plans can also be used twice per week. In this case, the Days of Creation painting project could be scheduled for the first seven weeks of the semester.
Further explanation of this alternate plan can be read here.
Visit The Tree of Jesse - Semester Plans web page. (Select print from your browser's toolbar. The list will print onto one page in landscape format).
